Land Requirements

Wavensmere Homes are a multi-award-winning property developer that specialises in urban placemaking, regeneration and high-quality restoration projects throughout the country.

So far we have delivered over 1,000 homes across the UK and have in excess of 1,500 units in the pipeline which will be built out over the next 4 years.

We’re on the acquisition trail for more land and development opportunities. We have substantial funds available for immediate purchases and we can make quick decisions without any complex board approval processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Residential or mixed use opportunities – family housing-led sites are our preference, but we will consider mid-rise apartments to a maximum of 7 storeys
  • Unconditional/Conditional on planning deals and we’re always happy to partner or JV Brownfield or Greenfield land – or a bit of both, we also love breathing life back into listed or historic buildings
  • A minimum of 3 acres or 50 homes – there’s no maximum though – the bigger the better
  • City, town, edge of the settlement, or regeneration zones – we’re UK wide but our main focus is the area within the box on the map
  • With/without planning or allocated land – we’re open-minded and don’t mind tackling the complex or technically challenging sites
