Rent in East Midlands

The cost of renting has increased in 75% of regions in the UK. With a 17% increase in rent in East Midlands, from June to July.

Six out of the eight UK regions saw an increase in the cost of renting over the last month – with a particularly strong increase in the East Midlands and the North East.
