Wavensmere Homes has been busy behind the scenes in April 2021.
This month we welcomed the news we are shortlisted for 6 awards at Insider Media Midlands Residential Property Awards 2021. We are delighted to have multiple developments recognised including The Forge and Nightingale Quarter. A huge well done to all involved. Read more here.
Nightingale Quarter has also seen a huge transformation this month. The Pepper Pot has been restored and will be revealed very soon. See more information on this development below.

Nightingale Quarter
Phase 1
Plots 1 – 19, 63 – 78 are all complete with 50% now occupied.
Phase 2
Plots 79 – 83 currently being plastered.
Plots 20 – 31 Roof trusses are now fitted and roof tiling due to start next week.
Plots 62 – 54 are currently underway with brickwork to wallplate and roof tiles planned in the next three weeks
Plots 53 – 57 brickwork has just commenced.
Plots 39 – 46 & 32 – 38 are groundworks complete.
Block A
Works continue well and on programme. Works to the damproofing and reinfornced walls are planned to be completed towards the end of May.
Pepper pot
The Pepperpot is now complete and currently being internally furnished. Landscaping works are underway and due to be completed next week.
