Located in the most central city in the UK, our 18.5-acre Nightingale Quarter scheme is one of the UK’s most significant city centre regeneration projects. The former Derby Royal Infirmary site came with two landmark buildings, The 130-year-old Pepperpots. We wanted to transform these buildings into useful spaces for the community and create a place where everyone would feel welcome. We felt a café and bistro restaurant was the perfect choice, somewhere we could bring together the wider community of Derby to Nightingale Quarter to experience the heritage site first-hand. With the restaurant opening this year, the appointed chef is visiting local suppliers throughout the region, sourcing only the finest ingredients to be used in his dishes.

On-site Gym & Outdoor Space

The well-being of our residents is very important to us, that’s why we’ve chosen to transform Pepperpot North into a resident’s gym for them to enjoy. Residents will be able to use the gym at no additional cost, with all on-site amenities included in the service charge. If residents would rather stay outside, we’ve got plenty of green open space to be enjoyed, as well as an outdoor children’s play area, outdoor gym and cycle paths that provide full access across the site.
