Construction DirectorCraig is a highly- experienced construction professional with over 18 years in this field. Starting in the industry as a trainee site manager, he has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise, resulting in the successful delivery of numerous projects and developments.
Sales DirectorDonna covers all aspects of sales and land acquisition for Wavensmere Homes. Having worked within the industry for over 30 years, and joining us from a corporate agency after 17 years, she brings a wealth of experience to the team.
Company SecretaryAs company secretary and property manager, Lisa is crucial to the smooth running of Wavensmere Homes. Lisa has been with the company for 17 years, and her attention to detail and overall business acumen is second to none.
Senior BuyerKeith joined Wavensmere in July 2018 with over 25 years of procurement experience, which included working for Avoncroft Homes, Marcity Homes and Cala Homes. He is responsible for purchasing all necessary plant and materials for current and future projects.
Technical ManagerWith a strong architectural background, and an in-depth knowledge of engineering and servicing solutions, Tom provides a wealth of experience and knowledge in driving and delivering prodigious developments from inception through to completion.
Quantity SurveyorWith almost 15 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager in the house building industry, Kate first joined the company in 2017 to assist in commercially managing our developments, expand relationships with our supply chain, and review commercial processes
Administrative AssistantNaina takes care of our purchasers post-completion and ensures that all aspects of our customer care service are adhered to. Naina has a strong background in this field and enjoys dealing with the public and problem solving.
