As the founder of Wavensmere Homes, James has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. A true visionary, he devotes unlimited time and effort into making every idea a reality. As the driving force behind so many aspects of the business, he ensures the highest standards of excellence with every delivery – overseeing everything with an exceptional eye for detail and quality.

With over 16 years in the housebuilding industry, Matt is specifically involved in the commercial management aspects of the business, responsible for project viabilities as well as the management of budgets and procurement throughout our developments.

Craig is a highly-experienced construction professional with over 20 years in his field. Starting in the industry as a trainee site manager, he has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise, resulting in the successful delivery of numerous projects and developments.

Donna joined us after 18 years with a corporate land agency and over 30 years total in the property development industry. Handling all aspects of sales and land acquisition for Wavensmere Homes, she brings a wealth of experience to the team.

Ben leads the design of our developments from pre-acquisition through to planning, detailed design and on-site delivery, drawing on 14 years of wide-ranging experience – from volume housebuilding to high-rise apartments and bespoke luxury dwellings.
