Commercial DirectorMatt has been in the housebuilding industry for 14 years and is specifically involved in the commercial management aspects of the business. He is responsible for project viabilities, as well as the management of budgets and procurement throughout our developments.
Construction DirectorCraig is a highly- experienced construction professional with over 19 years in this field. Starting in the industry as a trainee site manager, he has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise, resulting in the successful delivery of numerous projects and developments.
Sales DirectorDonna covers all aspects of sales and land acquisition for Wavensmere Homes. Having worked within the industry for over 30 years, and joining us from a corporate agency after 18 years, she brings a wealth of experience to the team.
Project DirectorRoss brings more than 16 years of experience working on a wide variety of award-winning residential developments from luxury green belt to inner-city brownfield sites and large-scale multistorey projects. Companies include Taylor Wimpey, Crest Nicholson Regeneration and more recently, Project Director at Berkeley Group specialising in major urban regeneration.
Technical ManagerWith 12 years of wide-ranging experience from volume housebuilding, to high-rise apartments and bespoke luxury dwellings, Ben leads the design of our developments from pre-acquisition, through planning and detailed design to on-site delivery.
Technical ManagerBen Marsden joins the team with over 16 years experience with roles in consultancy, residential development, national house building and main contracting.
Senior BuyerKeith joined Wavensmere in July 2018 with over 25 years of procurement experience, which included working for Avoncroft Homes, Marcity Homes and Cala Homes. He is responsible for purchasing all necessary plant and materials for current and future projects.
Company SecretaryAs company secretary and property manager, Lisa is crucial to the smooth running of Wavensmere Homes. Lisa has been with the company for 18 years, and her attention to detail and overall business acumen is second to none.
Quantity SurveyorJames joined the team in January 2021 having spent three years with Miller Homes. He assists in managing the costs and budgets of our projects from outset to completion as well as analysing and negotiating costs for future projects.
Administrative AssistantNaina takes care of our purchasers post-completion and ensures that all aspects of our customer care service are adhered to. Naina has a strong background in this field and enjoys dealing with the public and problem solving.
Marketing ManagerLaura is our in-house marketing manager who is passionate about social media. With over nine years of experience, she has a variety of marketing knowledge from content writing, SEO and paid social campaigns. She enjoys bringing a creative flair to all work.
