WAVENSMERE HOMES NEW MARKETING MANAGER

Wavensmere Homes are delighted to announce the promotion of its Social Media Manager, Laura Cartwright, as its new Marketing Manager.

Laura, who joined the team in September 2020, has over 10 years of experience in the marketing industry specialising in content and social media.

Over the last year, Laura has been an invaluable member of the team taking on all marketing aspects at Wavensmere Homes. During her time, she has significantly grown our digital presence across all social fields through engaging and informative content. In addition to this, Laura has taken solo lead on email marketing campaigns, paid social, PR as well as photo and video editing.

In her new role, she will take the lead in coordinating the marketing needs of all future developments we have in the pipeline. This includes market research, creation of marketing collateral and all of the above.

Established in 2015, Wavensmere Homes continues to go from strength-to strength specialising in challenging sites, place making and regeneration across the Midlands. Its on-going development, Nightingale Quarter, will create nearly 800 homes and is set to become one of the largest city centre regeneration projects in the UK. Most recently, the company has been awarded Urban and City Living Developer of the Year at the annual Insider’s Midlands Residential Property Awards 2021.
