Insider Media Midlands Residential Property Awards 2021 – Shortlisted

We are delighted to announce we have been shortlisted for six awards with Insider Media Midlands Residential Property 2021 Awards.

They are as follows –

1) Urban and City Living Developer of the Year

2) Housebuilder of the Year

3) Apartment Development of the Year – both Crocketts Lane and The Forge shortlisted

4) Residential Development of the Year – Crocketts Lane

5) Placemaking Project of the Year – Nightingale Quarter

It’s been a fantastic year for Wavensmere Homes with the completion of a few developments including Crocketts Lane and The Forge.

We have also seen huge progress to Nightingale Quarter with work starting to site early last year. We have now seen multiple completions to Phase One.

A huge well done to all involved and fingers crossed.
