October has passed and many milestones have been met.

Ghyll House Farm – West Sussex

Plot One, a stunning four-bedroom detached home at Ghyll House Farm sold this month. We’d like to wish the new occupants the best of luck and many happy years in such a beautiful home.

Crocketts Lane – Smethwick

The final houses have been sold on Crocketts Lane as well as two of three apartments. With just one apartment left available. Once sold, Crocketts Lane will be complete.

Practical completion has been achieved on Phase Two this month, five months ahead of schedule. Meaning more residents have moved into their new homes.

In addition to this, Phase Three is on course to complete next month.

Nightingale Quarter – Derby

October has been incredibly busy for Nightingale Quarter, located in the heart of Derby City Centre. BBC Derby and The Derby Telegraph were welcomed on site to interview MD James Dickens for a walk around the development. This was broadcasted on the radio and across all social media platforms.

Wavensmere Homes achieved 10 sales this month which include The Taylor, The Buxton and The Lloyd houses. With The Buxton completely selling out. With the most recent news of a nationwide lockdown, more and more people are looking for homes that offer working from home facilities, such as a third bedroom. Read more about The Lloyd here.

More extensive work has been carried out on the Pepper-Pot with the completion of the steel frame structure. The next stages of this historical building are brickwork to the façade and intention to first fix.
