Wavensmere Homes wins Residential Developer of the Year

At Insider East Midlands Property Dinner 2021

Wavensmere Homes continues its winning streak at Insider East Midlands Property Dinner 2021, which recognises the region’s top commercial and residential property deals, developments, builders, developers and personalities.

This industry accolade follows the ‘Urban and City Living Developer of the Year’ win at Insider’s Midlands Residential Property Awards 2021 in July.

James Dickens, Managing Director at Wavensmere Homes, says: “It’s an honour to have won Residential Developer of the Year as well as being recognised by the judges behind both events. To win both regional awards is such an achievement for Wavensmere Homes despite the challenges we faced during the pandemic. Congratulations to all finalists and thank you to everyone involved.”

Judges commented: “Wavensmere is behind Derby’s important Nightingale Quarter project, which is bringing life back to a site that had been empty for about 15 years. It’s a scheme which superbly balances open space and heritage.” Read the full coverage here.
